Introduction

Hi and thanks for visiting! I'm working on detailing more of my processes, things I'm working on, and failures perhaps too. I'm not very experienced with css/html, so Claude helped create this website. I've gotten a very good recommendation for using Zola to build this website. As this is just a static documentation of my projects, it fits perfectly!

Development

Along the way I'll hopefully be getting more experienced in markdown too, learning to embed the results of my projects in these blog posts. It'll probably be youtube integrations and image embeddings to show off a bit of my work.

It took a few days to get the website "dialed in" (trying not to sound like an ass for relying heavily on a language model to generate my website). During the creation, I used multiple LLM's to try to work within the specific Zola documentation, and none by far worked as well as Claude. I tried to "test" it throughout, by adding lots of blog posts and scaling the website to various sizes. This is where some issues came up, since I did not specify how the website would handle it. Ultimately this was the brunt of the development, since there were some things I wanted differently or noticed, asked the model to change it then check it again.

In the end, I want to get this checked by a professional. Hosting wise too, of course I know a "bit" about it, but not the best way to host this kind of website. It'd be nice to use a platform which is compatible with github, this would allow me to very easily update the repo and then the website.

Anyways, we'll see how long I'll keep this up.
